Brief Answer:
You need reassessment...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The fainting spells as you stand up is either due to a postural drop in blood pressure or disturbance in the balancing system. Since you recorded a low diastolic blood pressure numbers, I consider postural blood pressure drop as most likely cause. Peripheral numbness may be related to the blood pressure numbers.

You are on antihypertensive drug (lisinopril) and antidepressant drugs. Both these drugs may play a role in lowering BP numbers. A change in your medical treatment is entailed.

At this point of time, it is important to correct low BP numbers. It would be worthwhile to visit the ER or urgent care clinic.
