Brief Answer:
Your period should start in the next 7 days

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

Since you have taken the last pill on 2nd. You should be getting your period anytime this week.

Also could you tell me the size of your cyst, because if the the cyst is simple and less than 5 centimeters, then you need not take any medication for the same.

Cysts are commonly seen in women in childbearing age, and they usually go away themselves. And if the cyst is less than 5 cm then no treatment is required for the same.

Traditionally contraceptive pills were prescribed for cysts, but nowadays it is not recommended to be used for the same, especially if the cyst is asymptomatic.

If you have multiple cysts, acne, excessive hair growth on face then the newer pills such as Diane 35 or Crimson are used. But everything would depend on your sonography results.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
very small chance

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Since you have not taken from the start of the cycle there is a very small chance that you could be pregnant. You have to do a urine pregnancy test now and if negative repeat it after one week.

The probability of pregnancy is very less, but we need to be sure about it.

You need not take the pill for the cyst as 2.7 is not significant size. You need to repeat the ultrasound after 6 months to confirm that the cyst has disappeared. No need to take medication for cyst.

You can take Primosa 10 days before the start of your period for breast pain.

Sometimes the bleeding during period can be long if it happens for more than 3 cycles only then you require treatment for the same.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
