Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. By your last menstrual period, you are 6 weeks 6 days pregnant. You can go for ultrasound. At this gestational age, the pregnancy is visible by the transabdominal ultrasound and even fetal cardiac activity is visible at this gestation.
Moreover, you should start taking folic acid tablet daily as taking it in first trimester decrease the incidence of congenital anomalies in the fetus.
If your ultrasound is normal, then you should get blood investigations like blood group, haemoglobin, TSH level, viral markers, urine microscopy and routine examination done.
You should get yourself registered for antenatal visits with an OBGYN specialist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
