What Would Cause Blue, Broken Blood Vessels In The Lower Back Area?

default
Posted on Tue, 11 Oct 2016
Question: What would cause blue, broken blood vessels on my extreme lower back? I had a hemmorroidectomy and fissure repair or whatever it is. I have never completely healed and the pain is awful. The fissure has caused a considerable issues as far as having the urge to go to the bathroom all the time and there is a discharge always and I now have another hemorrhoid that bleeds for about 5 days once a month, it's a vicious cycle! Any fiber added to my diet just kills me and I am never constipated, I have diarrhea almost every time.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking.
I read carefully all your concerns and I am sorry for the situation you are in.
You are reporting to have had hemmorroidectomy and fissure repair.
In some cases hemorrhoids can be repeat even after surgery.
This is why at you case I suspect that you are again with enlarged hemorrhoids.
With regards that you have urge to go to the toilet an discharge. Usually these symptoms are related with :
- anal incontinence after anal ring damage.
- fissure causes anal inflammation and as a result discharge and urge to go to the bathroom.
On the other hand you are reporting to have diarrhea all the time. Diarrhea aggravates the symptoms of anal fissure.
AT the end I suggest to
-use antispasmodic drugs to improve diarrhea like Benty.
- use preparation H
If you will not have any improvement than I suggest to discuss again with your proctologist about surgery.
Hope it was helpful to you.
