Question: Can you please suggest any preventive tests for cancer .Consider very high cases of cancer deaths around the world I am eager to know whether there is any tests which can detect at very early stage .

There are many tests for cancer detection. Do you have any family history of cancer? Because that would dictate the tests required.
In general, considering your age of 32 and male sex, I would recommend a thorough doctor checkup every year with routine blood, urine and stool tests and ultrasound abdomen only. After 40, we can consider colonoscopy and PSA test.
Also please refrain from smoking, alcohol and tobacco chewing.
