Brief Answer:
Mainly some antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern. There are many drugs which can lower seizure threshold so particular care is advised in epileptic patients.

Treatment for sinus infections can vary, usually it includes topical or systemic vasoconstrictors, antibiotics and at times antihistaminics.

Antibiotics often used in sinusitis which can lower seizure threshold include cephalosporins (cefuroxime, ceftazidime, cefixime etc) quinolones (ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin etc), penicillins. Macrolide class of antibiotics like clarithromycin is safe.

Some antihistaminics, mainly older generation ones like chlorpheniramine, diphenhydramine, hydroxyzine also lower seizure threshold.

It is very rare for topical (nasal drops) vasoconstrictors like pseudoephedrine to affect seizures when entering circulation, while oral systemic use is to be avoided.

I hope to have been of help. If you can be more specific and want to inquire about a particular drug I remain at your disposal.
