Brief Answer:
Does not look like cancer

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone carefully through your query and have checked the attached image. I understand your concerns. However, it seems less likely to me that it would be cancer. Cancer is characterized by rapidly growing tumor. That does not seem to be the case here. Rather, there seems to be some inflammation (as characterized by the pain and redness) which could be due to a number of causes which are not related to cancer. As of now, apply aloe vera lotion or calamine lotion topically. Taking some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for the next few days should help.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
