What Should I Do For The Vitamin D And Cholesterol?

Question: Dear Sir/Madam, I had gone for a full body check up. The reports showed problems in the following:

Vitamin D - 20.7 ng/mL
Vitamin B12 - 165 pg/mL

Total Cholesterol - 207 mg/dL
LDL Cholesterol - 176 mg/dL

What should I do for the vitamin and cholesterol?
Can the problem be resolved without medication?

Hello,
The vitamin D is very low and the vitamin b12 is also low. I don't think that this can be treated without medications.
Cholesterol and LDL Cholesterol are elevated also.
I think you may try to do some diet changes such low fat diet, avoiding red meat and diary products
Eat more white meat, chicken breast, turkey, fish , low fat diary products.
Imcrease physical activity.
If they don't get better you may need to take medications such statins.

Hello dear.
I think you can take vitamin b12 , cyanocobalamin injections and vitamin D3 4000 ui oral daily for 3 months. Recheck the levels again after 2-3 months
