Brief Answer:
B12 for 6 months, D3 for 3 months recommended.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the defects lie in absorption or production of certain vitamins or body ailments which lead to deficiency state, so once the supplementation is stopped, again the deficiency re appears.

I recommend to continue the same dosage for a minimum period of 6 months for B12 regularly and every 15 days supplement of Vitamin D3 for 3 months.

Along with that

@ Regular exercises and walking in fresh air
@ Exposure to mild sun light daily for 20 minutes
@ Balanced nutritious diet with all vitamins, minerals, trace elements, anti oxidants, carbohydrates
@ Control of blood sugar and body weight
@ Check whether you are not losing B12 from drinking RO water or else
@ Avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming

Hope this information will satisfy your doubt.
Feel free to ask further doubts.
Wish you fine Sunday.

Brief Answer:
generic names for B12 and D3 given.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Generic name of B12 is mecobalamine (1500 micrograms) to be taken once daily.
Generic name of D3 is Cholecalciferol (1000 IU) to be taken every 15 days.

Not drinking RO water is best for you.
You have to give up any amount of drinking forever.

Concentrate more over milk and cereals intake.

Wish you fine health.
