Brief Answer: Multidimensional history, needs a team Detailed Answer: Good Day Madam! I am Dr S Khan and i would like to answer your query. Madam you have multidimensional history with asthma and fibromyalgias and immune deficiency and seizures, so basically your management is a challenge. Firts lets talk about asthma, you are on steroids and neubilization for that, immunodeficiency compromises your defence and predisposes you further to infections which exacerbates the asthma, so its a chain reaction and need alot of care and precautions to avoid triggers and germ free zone whic is very difficult to attain. Stay in touch with a pulmonologist and immunologist to stay out of troubles. Have episodic IVIgs and other immune boosters for help. Now the seizures, no wonder they occur, brain focal or partial damage resulting in seizure is understandable from your age point and history so need alot of care with constant monitoring for neurological functions under a neurologist keen observation. compliance with the medications and regular follow ups are recommended. Now the fibromyalgia. Trust me this issue is a life in hell. it needs alot of pain medicines, physiotherapy and alot of dietary precautions. Avoid sweets and chocolates, lose weight sign up for physiotherapy exercises, try some other options by consulting the chronic pain management specialist and seek dietitian help for a complete dietary plan , avoid processed foods, eat natural ones, prefer citrus fruits, antioxidants like Vitamin E C and zinc, selenium will help. sleep patterns regularize, psychiatric assistance some antidepressants and pain medicines. Avoid canges. change is killer for you whether in diet or sleep or behaviour or pattern or lifestyle. Stay homeostatic and stay in touch. Hope i was of some service. If you have any more queries please feel free to ask other wise i request you to kindly close the discussion and rate the answer as per your experience. Regards Dr. S Khan
