Question: What can you tell from these tests? Patient was diagnosed with dengue during that time but he is ok now.

I've checked the attached report. The low platelet count is likely caused due to dengue fever, while the hypochromic microcytic appearance of RBCs is probably due to an iron deficiency anemia but this should be confirmed by the hemoglobin level in your blood.
