Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your heart rate values seem to be quite normal for your age.

Regarding dicrotic notch it is quite normal and it is a normal finding in every normal person.

It indicates the aortic valve closure, which is part of the normal physiological cycle of the heart.

So, there is nothing to worry about!

Hope to have clarified your uncertainties!

Kind regards,

I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

The truth is that you can not determine if you have dicrotic pulse by yourself.

You should know that this is a specific sign, which can be detected only by a specialist of this field (doctor) during a careful physical exam.

But, as long as you do not have any medical disorders, there is nothing to worry about.

Nevertheless, to help calm your anxiety, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam, a resting ECG and a cardiac ultrasound.

Hope to have been helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
