Brief Answer:
Gun shot by a plastic surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
1. Gun shot piercing of ears by a plastic surgeon is the preferred method.
2. For pain you can use plain Ibuprofen. It comes as syrup Ibugesic at 100mg/5ml strength. The dose is 10mg/kg every 8th hourly. If you can tell your daughter's weight I would suggest you the dose.
3. To avoid infection you can use Mupirocin ointment as local application at the piercing site.

Other precautions -
1. Make sure you have completed her vaccination schedule especially the DPT up to date.
2. Wash the site with soap and water daily.
3. If there's high fever or redness around the ear which is spreading fast.... You need to see your pediatrician.
4. No diet restrictions.
Kindly get back if you have any other doubts.

Ibugesic and Babygesic are not same

Hi....no please. Babygesic is paracetamol, fever medicine. But Ibugesic is Ibuprofen.... It works specifically for pain and fever too.
