Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
It contains Metoprolol Extended Release. It is usually available in 12.5, 25, 50, 100 mg. Lose dose represents 12.5 mg or 25 mg.
It is not that everyone gets all the side effects as described. Even Anti pyretic drug like Paracetamol has its side effects.
This drug is usually considered as safe. Broadly classified as Anti Hypertensive drug but has many other important effects which makes your heart good.
If your doctor has prescribed you that. Then it must be because of either fast pulse rate you must be having or due to any underlying cardiac condition.
I personally recommend this drug and safety profile is excellent.
If you have any further query feel comfortable to ask me.
Stay Healthy.
