Brief Answer:
Atenolol best option for you in my opinion sir :)

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Propranolol is a non-cardioselective beta blocker which is mainly used for treatment of high blood pressure, mitral valve prolapse, migraine prevention, essential tremor, and a few others. This is a very good medication to help control blood pressure, but to help with tachycardia I think cardioselective beta blockers would be better.

Atenolol is a cardioselective beta blocker and is used to treat anxiety, migraine prevention, myocardial infarctions (heart attack), high blood pressure, alcohol withdrawal, etc. I think this would help better with tachycardia, in your case.

Bisprolol is also a very good beta blocker, but does not necessarily lower the heart rate, which in your case is required.

In my opinion, atenolol would be the best option for you sir. I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
