Brief Answer:
You are lumbar spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and reports and I got following information.
1. You are having low vitamin D
2. You are having disc herniation in lumbar spine mainly at L4-L5.
3. Some arthritic changes in the neck also.
4. Low serum B 12 level
Your doctor has prescribed you injection of vitamin D and vitamin B 12. He has also given you muscle relaxant and pain killer.
I would also like to suggest you following.
1. Avoid using very high pillow, forward bending and lifting heavy weight.
2. Voletran ointment and hot water fomentation.
3. Back and neck muscle strengthening exercises.
4. If pain in leg is also there then you need Pregabalin tablet as well. You can discuss this with your doctor.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup question is there.
thanks.

Brief Answer:
Decaduroboline is steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Decaduroboline is a anabolic steroid. I do not use it in my practice, but it does not have any side effect. Single steroid is not going to trouble you. If you want you can avoid this also.
Architol is injection of vitamin D. Your vitamin D level is low so you need to take this. Do not avoid this.
thanks
