Brief Answer:
Almost confirmed GERD (acid reflux) is cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If an ENT examination was conducted and no abnormalities were noted, and along with the symptom of the presence of a sensation of a lump in the throat it is almost confirmed that your symptoms are most probably attributed to acid reflux.

Let me list all the symptoms of a condition called gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) for you, so you can relate to them. They are:
-Abdominal pain
-Back pain
-Heartburn or burning sensation in the chest
-Sensation of a lump in the throat
-Regurgitation of food
-Dry cough
-Bitter taste in the mouth
-Sore throat
-Hoarseness of voice or change in voice
and a few others.

In my opinion, your presentation is almost completely due to acid reflux. To confirm the same you can visit a doctor who will do the following:
-A 24-hour acid pH monitoring
-Prescribe medications which will help reduce the acid reflux like:
+Antacids (eg. gelusil, tums, etc.)
+Ranitidine, famotidine, etc.
+Lansoprazole, omeprazole, etc.
As most of these medications are available over-the-counter as well, you could get your hands on them but it would be best if you visit a doctor and go about a proper regimen prescribed by your doctor.

I hope you find my response helpful ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
