Brief Answer:
Hi I would recommend the following.

Detailed Answer:
Dear mam,

Thank you for choosing healthCaremagic.

NAC means Neutrophil Absolute Count which is an accurate measurement of neutrophils circulating in the body. It is an important parameter to see the response on bone marrow after chemotherapy and also to assess the ability of body to fight infections under chemotherapy.
A NAC of less than 500 needs to be addressed with certain measures like adding stronger and broad spectrum antibiotics against bacteria and fungi and also to see the need for using bone marrow stimulating agents like neupogen or neulesta.
I hope this helps mam.
Let me know if you have any other concerns mam.
Sincerely,
Dr Parth Desai.
