What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: doctor I am in 7 week of pregnancy, last monday on 21/03/2016 got ultrasound done and heart beat was irregular but today I had a spotting, I am scared?

In my opinion you should get a fresh ultrasound done tomorrow morning too.
It is not a good sign and mostly suggestive of missed abortion.

Yes dear you should start tablet duphaston 10 mg three times a day but mostly it is available only on prescription.

also duphaston 10 mg should I take 1 tab trice a day or more.
