Question: Dear based on the attached,

Can you please advise if it is normal to have normal motility and having a lequificwtion of 10 hours? Maybe it is a test error should i try again? Or motility is not related to lequification?

Brief Answer:
Culture semen to determine infection&correctly treat it first...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your semen analysis result and understood your concern.

I can say that it is an excellent result. But, it is true that your semen took too long to liquefy. As I was going through your semen analysis again, I noted the presence of white blood cells suggestive for possible infection.

If I was your caring doctor would advise to culture your sperm to see if there is infection and how to correctly treat it.

After you finish the course of antibiotics for infection, can repeat semen analysis again to see changes.

With the parameters noted, your semen can be used for insemination or in vitro, but after treating infection.

Hope it was of help!
