Findings suggests presence of abscess.Findings are typical of presence of abscess.
This not a very serious finding.It is generally due to bacteria like staphylococcus.
It is good there are no signs of malignancy and tuberculosis in the lesion.

Abscess generally respond well to antibiotics and drainage.
