Possibility of rupture is high.Require serial ultrasound monitoring confirm

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can understand your concern.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my hectic work schedule.

I have gone through your uploaded reports as well.

The endometrial thickness seems appropriate.

The ovarian follicle measuring 1.6 cm * 1.5 cm in the right ovary.

Follicle of size 17-27 mm has a high likelihood of rupture.

Once the follicle reaches 16 mm size/1.6cm, a daily monitoring of follicle is recommended.

Hence, going by above stats, the possibility of rupture in your case is moderately high and I advise you to get a serial scan for 4-5 days from today to predict and confirm ovulation.

The ultrasound appearance of both ovaries is consistent with ovulation induction changes.

Post your further queries if any,
Thank you
