Brief Answer:
What surgery are you scheduled for?

Detailed Answer:
Though the report does not ring a bell, but is not normal also. Lymphocytes are high. What surgery are you scheduled for?

In case you are not having any viral infection or flu going on, and your hemoglobin is low also, you need further investigations like AEC & a PS of blood. Get in touch with your GP to get these tests done.

Brief Answer:
Hemoglobin estimation needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

These infections do explain the lymphocytes count but not low RBC. So get a hemoglobin level done. If it is low, get a PS done.
