Question: Hello sir

Last month I was admitted in hospital from jaundice and hepatitis E with billirubin 14 ,sgpt 3500 and sgot 2200 and now billurubin was 2.2 and sgpt and sgot was 40 and 36 respectively
the thing was can I take beer or red wine please help me with the answer

Sorry for the delay in my response,

With the jaundice so severe in recent past, I would not recommend any sort of alcoholic beverage or fatty meal for next 6 months in minimum.

Hepatitis is know to recur very easily with slight burden on the liver. Alcohol and fat does exert tremendous burden and can pull you back into such crisis gain.
