Brief Answer:
Your sister's findings are almost normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Your sister's urine report is almost normal. However, she need clinical correlation and few investigations like urine culture and sensitivity(C/S).Ultrasound of abdomen can be done if needed.
C/S is needed due to fact that urine appearance is turbid.

Otherwise findings are normal.
Up to 5 pus cells are normally found in urine.
Epithelial cells are also commonly found.
Trace amount of protein in urine is also a normal finding.
Other findings are also normal.

Hope i have answered your query.

Hello Dr. XXXXXXX

Appreciate the quick response!

I have few queries in my mind, request your inputs for the same:

What causes urine appearance turbid?
What are the possible outcomes of C/S reports.
Is there any thing serious that needs some special focus.
What precautions can be taken to avoid such outcomes
What is the possible medication to get a full normal report.

Waiting for your response.

Regards,
Ana

Brief Answer:
Please find detail answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Turbid appearance of urine may be due to excessive pus cells, presence of bacteria etc.
C/S will allow growth of bacteria that might not be detected in routine urine examination if bacteria are few in number. This is just extra precaution we are taking due to turbid appearance of urine, otherwise findings are normal.

Next urine sample should be morning sample and mid stream in sterile container.

If infection is indicated in C/S then antibiotics may be prescribed depending upon sensitivity report.

Investigations should be advised based upon clinical findings.

Get well soon.
Hope i have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
