Hi,

The causes of headache are varied. I had a professor during my medical school training who opined that finding the exact cause of headache was itself a headache for most doctors.

Coming back to your question, yes typhoid infection can cause serious headache. In fact, headache is usually a common associated symptom / prodrome of all infections. That being said, from what I see in the above post, the numbers seem to represent sequential widal titres. And as the numbers are gradually declining you seem to be on the road to recovery. Hence I am not overtly concerned.

So if you have a serious headache now, you can try tylenol pain relief or any other brands of paracetamol which is locally available in your state.
