White matter changes in frontal lobe can be due to post traumatic gliosis secondary to head injury.
You can upload images for assessment.
Any other disease, visual loss?
Periventricular changes may be due to gliosis or some raised intracranial pressure.
Evaluation and examination by a neurologist is required.
