Brief Answer:
Oligospermia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I saw the reports attached.

You sperm count is very low ( called oligospermia).
It is difficult to conceive with such report. You need to undergo IVF ( test tube baby).

Stop smoking and alcohol if you have habits.

Do regular exercise and follow diet regimen to lose weight if you are overweight.

Let me know if you need any more clarification.

Many Thanks for your prompt response..

Before I go IVF process, can i tried to get some drugs to increase the Sperm count?

I already have 1 daughter which is 4 years old now? and difficult to understand where this problem is permanent or i can go for some medicine who can help me to increase the sperm count?? And how much time it will take naturally??

Can you please suggest and share your experience on this kind of case?

Thanks,
Amol

Brief Answer:
Repeat semen analysis

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Medicines are not of much use. What is important is lifestyle modifications as I suggested above.

Since only one report has indicated low count, it is not final. Wait for another week and repeat this test in another standard laboratory to confirm the low count. It is possible that present report is wrong.

You don't need medicines.
