What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: Hi sir,

I have semen analysis report. pls check that i can have a baby.

Sperm morphology
Normal sperms - 06%
Head defects -34%
Neck nd mid piece defects -25%
Tail defects - 25%
Cytoplasmic droplets -10%.

Avoid spicy food.
Take lentils like channa,baked beans,sprouts daily.
Drink plenty of fluids at least 4-5 liters per/day.
Avoid red meat,carbonated drinks,junk.
