What Does The Following Gall Bladder Test Result Indicate?

Question: hi my mum in law has just had a ct scan on her gall bladder her results have come back saying this......enhancing mass ball bladder...fundus exclusion on gall bladder (neoplasm) irregular lodulted mass fundas. im reading lots but im confused.. is this cancer

It may be neoplastic/cancer.Exact nature of mass can only be ascertained by biopsy.Biopsy is the only certain way to tell whether the tumorous growth is malignant or not.
Patient need few more investigations like liver function tests,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) or CA 19-9 assay.MRI can be done if needed.

Its treatment is surgical removal of the gallbladder and resection of surrounding structure if there is invasion to surrounding structures.Lymph nodes should also be dissected.
