Seen the attached report. t suggests decreased bone density. Ths can be due to low levels of calcium or vitamin D3 n the body.
1. You need to abstain from alcohol and smoking, avoid caffeine - tea, coffee, colas. Take calcium and vitamin D3 supplements after getting these prescribed by your orthopedician.
2. The foods you need to take include yogurt, milk, dry fruits- dates & almonds, apples, soybean, broccoli, red grapes, peanuts, oatmeal and sesame seeds.
Get the levels re evaluated after 3 months to see the progress.
