My abnormality in medical report as follows;
Blood Haemoglobin 13.7 g/dl
Blood Haematocrit (PCV) 41.1 %
ESR 42 / first hour
Plasma Glucose- Fasting ( Hexokinase) 133 mg/ dl
Plasma Glucose- PP ( Hexokinase) 154 mg/ dl
HDL- Cholestrol ( Direct ) 26 mg/ dl
VLDL- Cholestrol ( Calculated) 27 mg/ dl
LDL- Cholestrol ( Direct ) 67 mg/ dl
B.P : 140/ 90
No other abnormality found
Medicine prescribed;
Tab.Acarbose 25 mg 1-0-1 with meal- 30 days
Tab. Losar 25 mg 1-0-0- 30 days
Tab. Ecosprin AV 75/10 0-0-1- 30 days

1.Please let me know my health status as per avove medical report,
2. The use and side effect of medicine, presently I do not have any side effect,
3. However medicine is prescribed for 30 days, how long the medicine can continued.

are Pre diabetes/ diabetes are reversible. At age 55 Y 90/140 is hypertension. Do you think medicine prescribed for the medical reasons are OK, or you suggest different medicine.
In case glucose level / BP reduces to normal level still you suggest , i should continue with the medicine.
Also I am taking medicine since 5-6 months. Even I checked without medication my glucose level remain almost same, however I use to take sweets randomly.Also I am taking medicine since 5-6 months. In your condition,tablet metformin once daily can be added if fasting blood sugar level is persistently raised.You need to take medicines continuously because it will again shoot-up after stopping the medicines.
Since you have diabetes mellitus,blood pressure need further reduction.You need regular checkup.It can be further lowered by limiting salt intake,exercise,reducing stress etc.

What will be strength of Doze e.g Metformin 500 mg etc.
Presently I do not have any side effect from the above prescribed medicine.
