Brief Answer:
Thymus may be enlarged due to many reasons.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

According to reports, there is a small mass measuring 2 x 1.2 cm in the anterior mediastinum and it may represent enlarged thymus.
Normally thymus get regress with age.It may be enlarged in adult patients due to many reasons like hyperplasia, infiltration by lymphocytes, tumour cells etc.

Bone abnormality in MRI should also be further evaluated.

Findings also suggest esophageal infection. It need proper treatment.

There is also a small simple cyst in liver. It is an age related finding and it doesn't require any treatment.

Other findings are normal.

I had a really bad cold, sinus infection, bronchitis when I took PET scan. Throat/chest hurt badly. Could that be reason for the esophagitis?
