What Does Smelly Vaginal Discharge Post Mirena Placement Indicate?

Question: I had the mirena place feb 2015 and here for the last two months I've had constant fleshy like tissue coming out and it has an odor to it. It's almost like the previous miscarriages I've had. Not going to lie I scares the bajesus out of me. It is sometimes brown/tan and so.e time pinkish red. PLEASE HELP

The fleshy like tissue with a smell without any associated bleeding is not likely to be due to a miscarriage. This is likely to be due to a vaginal infection.
You need to take antifungal drugs orally along with antibacterial agent in order to treat any super added infection that might have been present.
Fluconazole and azithromycin are considered as effective drugs in such cases. You can consult your gynaecologist for selecting the best drug for you after proper examination.
