Question: Doctor,

Need your help to verify my ECG, the reason behind these repetitive verification :-
1) My father is a heart patient who did a bypass surgery
2) last time my ECG had " slight ST depression "

I did an echo and TMT 1 year back in which everything was normal
ECG report is attached

Do I need to do any further tests ?

Brief Answer:
please provide more details.

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
Any ECG is best interpreted in view of clinical details and examination findings. Please tell why this ECG was done. If you have any symptoms like chest pain or breathlessness on exertion. If you have high blood pressure or diabetes.
If you can upload last ECG done before this one, it will be great.
Waiting
Sincerely
Sukhvinder

Brief Answer:
stop smoking.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
1. The current ECG do not show anything significant except the higher heart rate which is 111 bpm. The reasons for high heart rate can be many including anxiety at time of test.
2. Previous ECGs are also not showing any significant changes.
3. To reduce future risk of cardiac event the most important thing you can do is to stop smoking. Beside, you should regularly do supervised exercise.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to discuss further.
Sincerely
