Brief Answer:
May need additional tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.

I will try to explain the findings in your ECG and their meaning:
-You have a sinus rhythm in your ECG ,which is a normal finding.
-Moderate right precordial repolarization is an electrical abnormality of the heart found on EKG.
It can be a normal variant of ECG in females because they are born with some characteristic in electrical conduction system of heart which causes this repolarization disturbance.
For these reason your doctor will look for past ECG .
If your EKG done years ago is showing these changes then you don't need to worry because your ECG is a normal variant.
If not then it might be cause of concern and needs further tests.

-Negative T in V2 ,V3 is a finding in ECG than can be caused from chronic High blood pressure or it may be a sign of Coronal heart disease.

Your cardiologist may ask for a Treadmill Test (TMT) and or echocardiography+ Doppler examination to find out if your heart is functionally and structurally normal.
Don't need to worry right now. This ECG report only indicates that probably you need some additional tests.

Hope my answer can help you to clarify your doubts.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards,
