Brief Answer:
acid reflux likely

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and I understand your concern. With history of acid reflux medications use this gastric discomfort and pain epigastrium is likely the same acid reflux. Take some sucrase as well and instead of lying down try a little mobilizations or keep your head side elevated to help the motility. You may also take Antispasmodics for the spasm relief.

Also age of 70 and history of stent there is no harm in doing ecg to rule out any cardiac problem just to be on the safer road as that may also give epigastrium pain.

If the pain persists go to ER they will transfuse you some IV pain relief and antacids.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
