General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
I can understand your concern for your symptoms.
1) Your symptoms (Discomfort, bloating) are due to indigestion. Treatment with anti-acidity medication, digestive intestinal enzyme supplementation would help to reduce symptoms.
2) Feeling of lump might be due to development of hernia on abdominal wall and this can be confirmed with USG abdomen or CT scan.
3) In case of severe pain, you might take anti-spasmodic medication to reduce intensity of pain.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!
