Question: In my chest x ray everything is normal but in both lungs it is seen mild prominent vascular markings...Is it normal

I dont have any kind if wheezing or breathlessness, but sometimes I have sudden and mild pain near chest and shoulder...I actually have cervical spondylosis...That's it no more issues, iam very active
