Brief Answer:
She needs urine culture and antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the attached document.
Definitely pus cells are increased suggesting urinary tract infection.
There is mild protein leak and occult blood which can be due to infection itself.
I usually advice urine culture to determine the organism and its sensitivity to antibiotics.
Your child needs to be started on antibiotics immediately.
It is better to consult her with Pediatrician to get her thoroughly examined. Your Pediatrician may start her on antibiotics.
I usually prescribe for such patients in my clinic - cefixime syrup at 50 mg /5ml twice daily till culture report comes , after which antibiotics may be changed depending on the report.
Continue the current medicine along with plenty of liquids.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
