Question: Hi doctor. I took mifepristone 200mg 12days back and misoprostol 800mcg after 46hours. Spotting occurred but no bleeding. Did usg. Shows endometrial thickness of 7mm. No pregnancy seen. Again took misoprostol sublingual 400mcg 12hours after taking misoprostol 800mcg. Bleeding occurred with clots for 3days followed by spotting for 3days. Today is day12...did usg again today. Sac is seen but deformed and with hypodense fluid not like in a normal pregnancy. Some decidual reaction is there. Am i still pregnant?? Or is it an incomplete abortion?? What should i do?? Can i take another dose of misoprostol 400mcg sublingual?? Don't want to do surgical abortion. Please help doctor.

Brief Answer:
Self medication are not advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for such a long delay in my response.
You should consult a Gynecologist and took mesoprostol next dose under her supervision, it may complete abortion process and product of conception may come out.
But self administration is not advisable because it may cause severe bleeding.
Hope you understand the same.
Good luck.
Regards
