Brief Answer:
Conservative management depends on size of stones.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.

As per your query most likely cause of pain in your case is gall stones.
In regards to non invasive method of treatment of gall stone two popular methods are-
-Lithotripsy. This procedure uses ultrasound waves to break up gallstones. It may be used alone or along with bile acids to break up stones. Used mostly for people who have long-term (chronic) inflammation of the gallbladder (cholecystitis) and who are not strong enough for surgery.
-Oral bile salt therapy (ursodeoxycholic acid) (particularly for x-ray-negative cholesterol gallstones in patients with normal gallbladder function).Medical management is more effective in patients with good gallbladder function who have small stones (<1 cm) with a high cholesterol content. Bile salt therapy may be required for more than 6 months and has a success rate of less than 50%.

You may just add the juice of half a lemon in glass of water and have it twice or thrice a day.

However best is surgical removal of gall bladder because a stone in gallbladder can slip into common bile duct or pancreatic duct causing pancreatitis or severe obstructive jaundice which can even be fatal. So treatment of choice is laproscopic removal of gall bladder.

In case of further question feel free to ask.
Please attach reports of Ultra sound.

Thanks
