Brief Answer:
Read below.

Detailed Answer:
I red your question carefully and I understand your concern.

You shouldn't worry about the blood being due to the bulge in the aorta. Even in the unlikely case that it would rupture (unlikely because risk of rupture is related to size) it still would not in any way cause bleeding from the anal area, it would be an internal bleed.
As for the red blood, actually blood due to hemorrhoids is red, it is not pink, so when there is red blood hemorrhoids are the first hypotheses.

Now regarding the tenderness....it is a little hard to pinpoint the cause without being able to examine you and without knowing the tests reports. The causes can be many like hernias, appendicitis, Meckel's diverticulum etc. If the tenderness is present since the last check up and it has remained of the same intensity then there is no reason for panic. If however it is a new symptom or has increased then you should be checked both for the possibility of that bulge having grown and causing compression of surrounding structures as well as the possibility of an unrelated cause such as the ones I mentioned.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
