Brief Answer:
Need not be worried

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

Actually, test report is to be assessed in the back ground of detailed clinical profile.
Anyhow,I will try to explain your report.

Regarding thyroid function test, initially we usually go for TSH assessment only(unless there is strong suspicion of thyroid dysfunction).Only if TSH level is abnormal,we go for T3/T4 measurement.
Your TSH level is normal. So you need not worry.Any abnormality in thyroid function will initially affect TSH level;then only affect T3/T4 level.

Regarding the comment regarding FT3/FT4 testing, this is because, total T3/T4 level will be affected by many factors like serum protein levels, thyroxine drug intake etc.So Free T3/T4 will give a more valuable idea.Your total T3/T4 levels are marginally low.

But,as you have normal TSH,this need not be worried.
Anyhow, whether you need to go for FT3/T4 will also depend on your clinical profile and your doctors preference. He will guide you.

Hope I have answered your uery.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Not significant

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

As I told earlier, marginally low level of total T3/T4 is not significant in the background of a normal TSH level.TSH is the prime indicator of thyroid status.
Anyhow,if you are so obsessed, you can go for Free T3/T4.

Regarding diet, there is no particular diet modification needed for thyroid dysfunction, although some advises to avoid cabbage, cauliflower etc.

Hope you got cleared.
Thank you.
