Question: PLease find attach my lipid profile and review.

Slightly abnormal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is slightly abnormal lipids. Ideally total cholesterol should be around 150 mg and LDL (bad cholesterol) should be less than 100. but your current levels do not require medicines. We only need to make life style changes such as daily 45min walking and avoiding sweets, fried foods.

Would like to know ideal diet for me.
My weight is 59 kg at 5.6' height, Can say a bit underweight.
Can sweet fruits like XXXXXXX sugarcane juice are fine?

Your weight for height is good. about diet avoid fried food and excessive sweets. fruits when eaten raw is no issues. but avoid too much of juices as they contain lots of sugar.
