Question: My absolute lymphosytes is 3.32 and sgpt is 90 .is it panic condition??

There is nothing to worry.
SGPT value of 90 IU/L is slightly raised.
However, this value needs to be interpretaed in light of other liver function tests.
Please post your liver function tests which includes bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT and alkaline phosphatase.
