Brief Answer:
Vit D and Vit B12 supplements are required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.

Your cholesterol levels are high an you should taking antilipids at night. But these medications are available only with doctor presription. Your Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels are very low.
You can calcimax-D once daily for 3 months and then check vit-D levels. For Vit B12 start Tab cyanocobalamin once daily.
You can even take flaxseeds once daily atleast 3 months to decrease cholesterol.
levels.

Get back to me if any query.
