Brief Answer:
Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
The thyroid gland situated in the neck has two halves called lobes. The term right 'hemi thyroid' refers to the right half or right lobe of the thyroid. A 'nodule' is a small lump in the thyroid gland. Yours is 1.5 cm in size. The word 'punctate foci of calcification' refers to small dots of calcium deposits within the lump.
This is typically a description of the thyroid gland on Ultrasound examination.

Several such ultrasound and clinical (ie patient related) characteristics are taken into account when determining the risk of thyroid cancer in such lumps. Statistically only about 8% of these nodules are cancerous. Most of these are slow growing and have good outcomes.
The important thing is to see a thyroid expert in person and undergo comprehensive evaluation including a thorough physical examination , to decide on the next step such as whether or not to perform a fine needle aspiration biopsy.
