What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hi
my wife is 20 weeks pregnant. She had Tffa scan today and in report HC- 163 mm , AC-132 mm and Fl-29 mm showing . Just want to confirm if this report is normal ?

Your wife's scan report appears to be normal. All parameters are within normal limits for baby's (fetus) intrauterine age. There is nothing to worry as far as scan report is concerned.

Yes.

Detailed Answer:
Different type of information is gained at different ages by doing ultrasound. Between 22 & 24weeks, baby's echocardiography is normally done (that is detailed scan of heart). That information can't be gained by today's scan.
Also baby's growth can be seen in scan done after 4weeks for reassurance/early treatment if growth is not satisfactory.
So, kindly follow your doctor's advice which is reasonable.
