Brief Answer:
Investigations suggest a kidney disorder and inflammatory pathology.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

After reviewing your investigations it is evident that there is some primary kidney disease and this is responsible for high BUN:creatinine ratio and high 24 hour protein in urine..
Thus, I suggest you to consult a nephrologist for further investigations to find out the kidney disorder.
The possibility of multiple myeloma (a neoplasm of plasma cells) is ruled out be absence of M-spike and normal levels of Ig A.
Elevated levels of Ig M is responsible for polyclonal gammopathy.
Polyclonal gammopathy can occur due to inflammation in body thus it is not possible to pin-point any condition on the basis of elevated Ig M.
Thus, it is advisable to first consult a nephrologist for kidney problem and manage it.

Thanks and take care
